As a police officer, one of the most crucial accessories on duty is a reliable watch that can withstand the rigors of the job. My quest for a virtually "bulletproof" watch led me to discover the renowned brand, Rolex. This journey through my watch collection reveals the highs and lows of different brands and the impact they had on my life.

The Reliability of Rolexes: A Test of Durability

After breaking two watches during my time as a police officer, I sought a watch that could handle the harsh conditions without faltering. My search led me to Rolex, a brand with an unwavable reputation for ruggedness. I purchased a Rolex Oyster for $900 from an authorized dealer (AD). This watch not only withstood any punishment but also served as a testament to its durability. When I desired a watch with a date function, I settled on a Rolex Datejust. Selling my Oyster for a substantial profit, I continued my collection journey with the Datejust.
