I cannot share my real name for obvious reasons, but I recently applied for a Business Data Analyst (BDA) position with CodeVita Live through an Internshala job posting. After submitting my application, I underwent a virtual interview with three interviewers. This article delves into the interview experience, providing insights for those preparing for similar positions.
The Application Process

This first step included gathering information on my work and educational experiences, which they used to determine if I was suitable for the position.
The Virtual Interview Experience
The interview itself lasted approximately 45 minutes and was highly focused. Unlike many traditional interviews, the interviewers did not waste time with generic questions. Instead, they were more interested in understanding my past work and educational experiences and how they could benefit CodeVita Live. There were three interviewers, each contributing to the conversation. The interviewers asked a mix of general questions and specific challenges to gauge my competencies and suitability for the role.
