Last week, we had a wonderful day by the banks of the River Mahi, where we enjoyed a delicious breakfast on the High Black Rocks, danced to the wind, and took a refreshing swim before returning home. While we initially planned to be back sooner, the experience left a lasting impression, especially when we came back with a tan that hadn't gone away!

Here are a few things that make me feel good about Sunday:

Sleeping until 8:30 AM. Enjoying a hot mug of coffee. Reading a book. Ordering food from a favorite restaurant and having a meal. Going to the beach to soak in the sun. Watching a good Bollywood movie on an online platform. Doing almost nothing to feel fresh and ready to face the upcoming week.

The key is finding a balance between relaxation and planning for the week ahead. While it’s wonderful to spend Sundays doing nothing, using some time to plan and organize can also be beneficial.
