However, the panels are generally designed to provide at least 80% of their original output over a period of 25 years.

While the panels are inherently built to last a long time, the inverters, which convert the direct current (DC) produced by the panels into alternating current (AC) that can be used in homes, typically last only about 15 years. This means that complete system replacement may be necessary around the 30-year mark, although precise longevity can depend on various environmental and maintenance factors.

Cost and Efficiency of Solar Installations in Australia

The cost of solar installations in Australia is relatively reasonable, as demonstrated by my experience with a 6.6 kW system.
