Probably the worst decision I ever made. Their customer service is downright the worst. Even if you somehow manage to connect with one of them, they don't understand shit. The next day, I received another mail saying that the defect is rectified at their end, and the complaint was closed. But alas, the same problem, and even frequent internet disconnections. I am thinking to switch over to Airtel service.

It is the best service product of JIO. I am using this since its launch. Till now, it has been down 2-3 times and that too for only a few hours. If you compare downtime with others, others are down 1-2 times in a month and mostly for more than 24 hours.
