Accommodation During the Training Period
Typically, KEC International does provide accommodation for its Engineering Leadership Trainees (ELTs) during the training period. However, this can vary based on location and specific circumstances. The company offers initial assistance in finding a place to stay for the first 15 days of each stint. For the remaining period, the company may either help you find an accommodation or take care of it if necessary. This policy applies to the first three stints:
Marketing and Business Development: 2 months, in Mumbai or Gurgaon. Design: 2 months, in Mumbai. Manufacturing: 2 months, in Jabalpur, Jaipur, or Nagpur.For the fourth stint, Project Site: 6 months, potentially international or domestic, accommodation is usually provided by the company.
In-Hand Salary and Program Overview
The approximate in-hand salary for ELTs can vary based on roles, locations, and market conditions. Generally, fresh engineering graduates in such programs can expect a salary range of 25,000 to 40,000 per month. However, this might fluctuate depending on the specifics of the role and the company's budget.
The training period is one year, during which ELTs will be rotated across four key departments to gain comprehensive exposure to the company's operations:

Subsequent Stints: Initial 15 days of each stint to find accommodations for the remainder of the stint period. Retention and Performance Bonuses: A retention bonus of 1.0 lakh and a performance bonus of around 0.5 lakh, both to be received after the one-year training period.Out of the package, 4.75 lakhs, 1 lakh is the retention bonus, and 0.5 lakh is the performance bonus. After the Provident Fund (PF) deductions, you can expect an in-hand salary of 25,000 per month for the initial six months. During the site period, you will receive site allowances and additional international allowances if you are stationed outside India.
