However, one day, I was informed that my experience did not match the demand and was put on hold.

This incident highlights the flaws in RBEI's recruitment and HR policies, which do not seem to value candidates personally. It is concerning that a large and established organization such as Robert Bosch would treat candidates in this manner. Therefore, it is not recommended to apply to RBEI, especially concerning their HR processes.

Warning for Job Seekers

There have been reports of a person named Naga Jyothi who joined Robert Bosch with fake experience in March 2018. This individual has been charged 50,000 per candidate and has duped many people. Naga Jyothi claimed to be a SAP consultant and even bribed verification checks. She worked at iGate for three years with fake checks and from 2007 to 2012. It is advisable to verify her past work experience with the Income Tax department before proceeding.
