There are several factors that contribute to intelligence:

Genetics

Intelligence is not solely determined by the amount of time one spends studying. Genetic makeup plays a significant role. Studies have shown that intelligence is an inheritable trait, with certain genes linked to higher cognitive abilities. This means that some individuals may be predisposed to higher levels of intelligence due to their genetic makeup.

Prenatal Nutrition

The condition of the mother’s metabolism and the quality of prenatal nutrition are crucial. Nutritious foods help the expectant mother provide optimal nutrients to her developing fetus, which is vital for the brain's proper development. A deficiency in essential vitamins, such as folic acid, can hinder this process, leading to lower cognitive abilities.

Postnatal Nutrition

Once the baby is born, continued access to a nutritious diet is essential for brain development. Proper nutrition post-birth ensures that the brain continues to grow and develop optimally. Prioritization: Backbenchers, on the other hand, often struggle to balance academic responsibilities with personal commitments. They may neglect their own studies to fulfill obligations to their partners, such as completing homework for friends. Teacher Relationships: Top students are excellent at making their teachers happy. This often translates into preferential treatment, such as extra credit or leniency on assignments. Backbenchers, in contrast, are often overworked and underappreciated, leading to increased stress and academic struggles.

Intelligence is not merely a fixed trait but a result of a multifaceted interplay of genetic, nutritional, and environmental factors. It is important for parents and educators to understand these factors and ensure that children receive the necessary support for optimal development.
